Dancover is currently represented in 28 countries. To meet the increasing demand we are expanding our internal customer service department in Denmark with 1 permanent full-time position.
Your job: We are looking for a colleague for our international customer service department which today includes 26 colleagues. Your daily tasks will consist of sale to inbound customer contacts and customer service while taking care of our customer’s needs all across Europe with a main focus on Sweden and Norway.
Qualifications: it is a requirement that you can write and speak fluently Swedish and Norwegian. Danish is not mandatory but a good knowledge of English is a must. Other languages are an advantage. You adapt easily and work well with your colleagues as well as with our clients. You enjoy working in a fast pace and growing environment. Work experience with sale and customer service is an advantage.
Dancover: Dancover A/S is located in Hellebæk in Denmark approximately10 minutes from Helsingør with the train. Dancover has 73 employees. With a high growth rate and steady economy, Dancover develop and sell party tents, flex tents, tarpaulins and other storage solutions. Our products are sold in business to business and business to consumer manner across Europe.
We offer: a stimulating job in a young and dynamic company where you can each day use your language skills. Working hours are from: 9:00-17:00 (Fridays 9:30 to 17:00). Fixed salary to be agreed upon qualifications. Lunch is arranged by the company and you will be part of our pension plan after 6 months of employment.
