The all new Carcoon mobile workstation is specifically designed to meet the ever increasing demands on environment protection and increasing legislation. Being fully portable the workstation is ideal for commercial bodyshops to use as a prep station and will prove invaluable for mobile SMART and Express repairers. Carcoons new and patented technology is effectively and fully functioning mobile paint booth using a 2800 CFM ventilating air supply along with a massive 180 square feet of industry standard filter media.

Paint arrest filters fit neatly into two large triple layer filter chamers that include activated carbon filters on the final exit. This unique ´Twin chamber´ triple layer filter design allows a massive filter area to be used whilst keeping the filters free flowing and protected from blackflow regardless of the weather conditions.

The entire system uses two small air supply units to both support the structure and ventilate the system.
