Lead time

The lead-time is approximately 2-7 working days, provided the goods are in stock. In case the goods are out of stock, we will notify you and no amount will be withdrawn without your consent.

Minor deviations may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. That is why we cannot guarantee exact time of delivery for every single order. In order for you to locate your order, please check the track and trace number, you have received from the carrier handling the delivery.

Delivery and cost

Dancover cooperates with a number of different carriers. The carrier in charge of your delivery may therefore vary. Deliveries are made to nearest kerbside. If no one is home, we can arrange for the carriers to leave the goods at your doorstep (this is not recommended, as you will not have a receipt in case of missing parts or damage). Alternatively, the carriers can leave a telephone number for you to call, in order for you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Note: All deliveries at your doorstep without a receipt will be at your own risk.

When receiving the goods we kindly ask you to check the entire shipment for missing- or defective parts. Damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 14 days.
