We accept no liability for sold out products, or errors or omissions in this website including printing errors, typing errors and errors occurring after updates. We furthermore accept no liability for political and economic conditions locally such as a pending trade embargo or other conditions affecting import. In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered has been discontinued and can no longer be ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this is the case, you will immediately be contacted by our Customer Service Team.  Images in the web shop may vary from the true appearance, colour or design of the product.

Order and payment is open 24 hours a day. Exceptions may occur if we need to shut down temporarily to perform updates or maintenance.

In order for you to shop on, you must be 18 years of age and have a legal right to make a purchase.

To purchase, simply select the products you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You can at all times check the content of the cart and price of the products during Checkout.

You will be required to enter your name, address, country, email, and telephone number. Freight costs will be calculated and stated at Checkout after you have entered your destination.

Once you have accepted the final order, you will receive an order confirmation on the stated mail address. Within 24 hours (on working days), you will receive a pro forma invoice with a 9-digit invoice number. The invoice will also contain land of origin, custom codes, and bank information. Make sure to keep your order confirmation and invoice in case you need it as later reference.

You now make the bank transfer on the total amount incl. cost of freight. Please note that your order is not reserved until we have received your payment in full. The amount of a single order excl. cost of freight must be minimum $ 1.000 USD. Upon receipt of the amount, we process the order and dispatch your order. You will receive shipping documents, information of carrier/shipping company as well as your final invoice.

  11. Your local agent will handle local tax, duties, and further transport.


In case we cannot handle your order immediately, we will save your payment information until the order can be completed. All information concerning the payment will be saved in an encrypted form only at our payment supplier (NETS), so the payment can be completed when we dispatch the goods to you.

Payment method

Bank transfer - you can pay via home banking or via your bank into our account. Please note that you must transfer the total amount incl. cost of freight in order for us to process the order. Upon receipt of the full amount from you, we pack your shipment and release it to the shipping company.


Estimated delivery time is stated in the Checkout after entering your destination. Upon receiving your full payment for the order including the cost of freight, we dispatch your shipment. Your order will be sent 'Cost and Freight - CFR' – meaning that we, the seller, arrange for the carriage of goods to be sent by sea to a port of destination and provide you, the buyer, with the documents necessary to obtain the goods from the carrier. Under CFR, we the seller do not have to procure marine insurance against the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transit.

You will receive shipping information from the relevant carrier or transport company stating a more precise time of delivery based on their logistics. Please note that all questions concerning delivery must be directed to the carrier, as Dancover will not hold the relevant information in order to help you.

Your shipment will be sent CFR to a port specified by you at Checkout. In short, Dancover arranges for the carrier of goods to deliver your shipment to port and provide you, the buyer, with the documents necessary to obtain the goods from the carrier. Please note that local tax, duties, and handling are not included in the stated price!

On your invoice, you will find land of origin and custom codes used for calculating local tax, duties etc.

We have the vast majority of our products in stock. Products in stock are shipped the following working day after we have received your full payment i.e. price of products and cost of freight.

Delivery cost

Prices in the shop are always displayed without cost of freight. The freight costs are calculated based on weight and volume of the total order. You can see the cost of freight in Checkout after entering your destination.

Missing parts and damages

When shopping at, you do not have the right to return purchased products. Upon receipt of your order, we ask you to go through the items and check for missing and/or damaged parts. In case of claims, you have to contact us within 2 weeks for obtaining your right for substitute parts/products. Please note you have to fill out our Claims Form for us to process the claim. Warranty and claims

Please note: Claims for damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 14 days.

If you have a warranty claim or a claim involving a defective product or missing part or lack of delivery, we kindly ask you to fill out our claim form. The claim form must be filled out before we can start handling your claim. [link].

Please note you are required to send pictures documenting damaged parts.

When you receive your order, you should always go through the entire shipment to check if there are missing or damaged parts. Dancover will only cover the costs of one shipment to replace any missing or damaged parts. Therefore, you should make sure that you check everything before contacting our warranty department.

Depending on the specific situation and if the claim is justified, the Dancover warranty will cover either repair of the product, exchange to a new product, a money refund or price reduction.

Why are we handling your info?

The overall purpose of us handling your info is to optimise the website and your user experience, to be able to offer you the latest news about us and send you offers for our products and services as well as being able to make sales and delivery contracts with you. Who will see your info?

In connection with our marketing, we pass on your info to our marketing agencies and in some cases to third countries. A third country in this connection is a country outside the EU/EEA, e.g. the USA. When you purchase goods from us, your info will be sent to the country where you want the goods to be delivered. The recipients in the third country can be Google, Inc., facebook, Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation, which are covered by the Privacy Shield-agreement. Force majeure

If Dancover is unable to deliver or make compulsory replacements and if such obligations becomes unreasonably burdensome, as a result of industrial actions or other circumstances beyond the parties control - such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military actions, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, riots, disturbances, lack of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of driving force, defects or delays in deliveries from suppliers or manufacturers, or circumstances otherwise beyond Dancover’s control - it relieves Dancover from all liability.
