Warranty / Claim
When receiving the merchandise we kindly ask you to check the entire shipment for missing- or defective parts. Damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 14 days.
If you have a claim please fill in the Warranty form Warranty / Claim and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please be aware that Dancover will only cover the freight cost for sending missing- or defective parts one time. Therefore we recommend that you check thoroughly before filling out the Warranty form.
