Track and Trace
At Dancover, we are always ready to help and handle your enquiry. We try to process all enquiries, questions and claims within 24 hours.
However, if your enquiry is about your delivery we like to inform you that in most cases you have to start looking at the Track and Trace information you have received from the carrier responsible for the actual delivery.
Every time we dispatch an order from our warehouse, you as the client will receive a text message or a mail stating the actual Track and Trace number – normally the parcel number. Does your order include more than one parcel; you will receive a separate number for each parcel. Please note that sometimes all your parcels will not be delivered at the same time for various reasons. So if you want to track your order please use all the relevant numbers to get the complete overview.

DF, Dachser, UPS and GLS
You will be able to see relevant information about conditions, time of delivery and other information on the various carrier’s home pages.

You are always welcome to contact Dancover Customer Service at 82 880 111 with any queries or concerns regarding your order. Please note that we are not able to Track and Trace your specific delivery as the responsibility has been transferred to the carrier. You are about to send us an enquiry regarding delivery but we can see that you have not enclosed photo documentation of the box/boxes you have received. The photo documentation is vital for our processing your enquiry! Please note that we unfortunately are not able to process your inquiry if you do not enclose photo documentation.
We try to process all enquiries within 24 hours on workdays. For us to be able to comply with this time limit, we have to have all relevant information – including photo documentation. Thank you!
